I purchased this at Fred Meyer mostly for Lilith but we eat them also. They are super tasty and Lilith loves them a whole bunch. Each square has 80 calories, 7 grams of fat (4 grams is saturated), o grams of carbs, 5 grams of protein. They a re a great high protein snack. They are very affordable and travel well. I feel really good about eating one of these instead of some carb laden snack. I feel really good about giving them to Lilith for the same reasons.
