Active Lifestyle Instant Oatmeal in Maple Brown Sugar & Pecan
I found this at Fred Meyer and decided to try it. It blows the Quaker sugar free version out of the water. It is great tasting and very filling. I make mine with water and it is still great! You can make it with milk also. It has 180 calories, 4.5 grams of fat (.5 is saturated), 27 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fiber, 4 grams of soluble fiber, 1 gram of sugar , and 8 grams of protein. This compared to some of the others on the market is very good. It has more calories than the other sugar free instant oatmeal's out there (80 more than Safeway's sugar free maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal but then it also has 4 grams more of protein). It also tastes SOOOOO much better than most of them and fills you up for a lot longer too because it has so much fiber. I like this product a lot. You need something warm and filling for breakfast that is quick and easy. This is great on a cold morning when you need to be out the door but still want a hot breakfast.

The Almond Cranberry variety is SOO much better than this flavor. Comparatively, the Maple Brown Sugar and Pecan flavor is pretty disgusting.
I bought the raisin, apple and walnut variety at Kroger....1.59 for a box with 8 packs....Quaker 10pack is OVER 3.50 a box (ridiculous!) and this is very satisfying!! Just wish I knew how good it was....would have picked up a few extra boxes since I don't know if this was a sale price or not....
