lovely homemade salsa!

A coworker at my new job has a sideline of selling his home made salsa. Everyone buys it so I decided to ask him about it. He offered to make mine a little hotter than he does everyone else's so I gave him the $12 and picked up my container the following day. It hasn't been a week and look at how much is gone! It is that good. In Alaska it is very hard to find 2 types of food; good (authentic) Mexican food and good Chinese. There are tons of Chinese buffet restaurants here but very few "nice" upper scale ones. The buffet restaurants are a waste of money for us (as you can imagine) and the food can be so bad that we have actually walked by the buffet tables and decided to leave without getting anything. Tasting this Salsa is like a little bit of heaven for us. Not only do studies show that eating spicy foods actually increases your metabolism, it does wonders to dress up sliced veggies and low calorie soups. Most people think only of chips when they have salsa but there is so much more you can do with it. It is low calorie and fat free. You can't get much better than that. I wish he had a website cuz it is that good!
