Amy's Bowls in Mexican Casserole

Okay, I know what you are saying, "Why is she reviewing a product that has 470 calories, 16 grams of fat (5 of which is saturated),11 grams of protein, and a whopping 70 grams of carbs?!?" Is this something you should have on a daily basis, no. Is it the healthiest choice out there, no. Is it filling and tasty, YES!!! Are there worse things out there, heck yeah! I have to admit that mexican food is my weakness. I miss it. I crave it. More than anything else. I am constantly trying to find healthier options, which in Alaska is harder than usual. I found these bowls and I like them a lot. They fill me for hours. I try not to have them too often but I do have them about once a month. I find them at the Frozen food section at Carr's (aka Safeway) and Fred Meyer (aka City Market or King Soopers). They are usually in the organic or health foods sections. I use to see them at Whole foods all of the time but never really gave them a chance. They arent too spicy so I add salsa to them and they can be a bit much so I sometimes have them for 1 and 1/2 meals. They are gluten free and organic.
