Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt

This yogurt is made by the same people that make Lilith's yogurt (Yo Baby!) that she has had everyday with breakfast since she started on solids. It isn't cheap here at our local Fred Meyer, I want to say it was $6.00 for one pound. The serving size is listed as 1 cup at 130 calories, 0 fat, 9 grams of carbs, 9 grms of sugar, 22 grams of protein and 90mgs of sodium. It isn't the sweet carb ladent fruit flavored yogurt many of us are use to. I admit that I had to add a packet of splenda to my first serving but after I did it was wonderful. It is thicker and creamier that the yogurt many of us are accustom to also. It is very filling and has the live active cultures that many of the sugar laden yogurts are advertising in their products. They also give 10% of their profits to environmental causes. You gotta feel good about that right. If you go to their website, you can even print coupons for their products and use a store locator to find them near you!
