Who needs a personal trainer?

Lilith makes sure that I get my cardio workout everyday! She loves to play "Boo!" where we take turns chasing each other, sometimes to keep the workout from becoming boring, she varies it for me by chasing me with her toy rat and pretending that it is going to bite me if it catches me.
