Believe it or not, it was just too hot here in A-L-A-S-K-A! to workout. Okay, I know that is sorry excuse but after I had finished my shift, changed and walked to the gym, my heart just wasn't in it and I was already sweating
from my walk to the gym! But doing even a little something is better than nothing at all,
right? Well, that is what I am going to tell myself anyway.
