fat free cottage cheese and unsalted sunflower seeds
What a great snack! For 230 calories (8 grms of fat(1 grm saturated), 16 grms of carbs, 3 grms of sugar, 5 grms of fiber, and 25 grms of protein) you get 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of unsalted sunflower seeds! Lilith loves it. It is healthy and very filling! It is even pretty affordable.
