healthy berry tart
start with a premade low fat gram cracker crust
16 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup splenda for baking
2 tsps vanilla
4 cups mixed berries
mix the vanilla, cream cheese and splenda together and spoon into the pie crust then top with the mixed berries. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set and then serve.
