Oregon Chai in Sugar Free Original

This is very sweet if you get the milk to Chai ratio wrong but it is very tasty. It is a wonderful drink to have on a cold morning. I have yet to try it as a cold drink but I have had it several times as a hot one and love it. It is easy to prepare and doesn't seem to have too much caffeine as I have had it before bed and had no trouble sleeping at all. I make this with fat free milk. It is a great way for me to get in some calcium (I hate plain milk). I found it at our new Target on sale for $3 a box which makes 7 servings. This is a big contrast to the Big Train Regular Chai that they sell at my hospital, which caused me to have heart palpitations and a horrible hot flashy headache. The next time I went to the coffee cart, I asked the server to show me the packaging of their chai mix and was aghast to see it had 27 grams of sugar for the serving size I had ordered. Don't even get me started on the calories it contained. This was very sad for me as I don't drink Coffee and they don't have sugar free hot chocolate. I found and ordered some Big Train sugar free chai mix and I will review it as soon as I get it so be on the look out for the review.
