Fage total 2% greek strained yogurt

I initially reviewed Olkos Greek yogurt (the same makers of Yo! Baby yogurt that Lilith eats every morning for breakfast) by Stoneyfield Farms. I have been reading about Fage from different websites and the OH message boards for awhile but couldn't find it locally at all till I ran into it in the organic section at a Fred Meyer. Not all Fred Meyer stores carry it. The one near the Sears mall does however. At that time they were out of the fat free version so I decided to take the 2% home and give it a try. They are not cheap. In fact, they are quite expensive her at $2.40 for each single serving container (200grams or 8 ounces). The 2% version has 130 calories,4grams of fat (3 grams is saturated), 17 grams of protein and 8 grams of carbs (8 grams of sugar too). It is very filling and had a foil lid with a parchment paper lid underneath (see the photos). It doesn't travel well as the foil lid can be town very easily but luckily when this happened to me, the parchment lid kept it from leaking out. The 0% Fage has 120 calories, 0 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbs, 9 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of protein. I actually like it a little better than the 2% version (maybe it's that one gram of added sugar?) and a little better than the 0% Olkos (1 cup has 130 calories, o fat, 9 grams of carbs, 9 grams of sugar, and 22 grams of protein) but I think it mostly has to do with the packaging. I like the little containers because they are what I am familiar with even though they are more expensive. (They olkos comes in 2 cup containers for about $4.30 each) Now that Yoplait light has upped their sugar content. I am trying to stay away from them. Just to show you what you are paying for...Yoplait light has; 100 calories, 0 fat, 19 grams of carbs, only 5 grams of protein, and 14 grams of sugar for each 6 oz serving. Is that terrible? No. But it isn't great either and for someone who eats yogurt EVERYDAY, like my family does, it makes a big difference over time.

FYI...FAGE has no added sugar to it. Only the naturally occuring Lactose (sugar) in milk.
