Bad press can really hurt a company right now with the economy being what it is. It is sad when a company where the sales persons work for commission gives bad customer service but it happens.
Melting Mama wrote about an experience at a car dealer where the manager was the one that acted like a jerk. What is sad is the sales person is the one that is going to loose out.
