Zone perfect all natural nutrition bars in Peanut Toffee

I know what you are thinking, 16 grams of sugar! Don't you dump on that?!? nope, neither does husband. I am not saying that you won't but honestly, this bars price, availability, taste , and satiety make it all worth a try. I would just try it in a controlled environment (like at home alone or after the kidos are in bed) just in case. It really is a meal in a bar for us. I don't think a 210 calorie meal is a bad thing. It's other downfall besides the 16 grams of sugar is the fact that it only has 15 grams of protein but when you are far enough out that you can get your protein met through real food (not just with shakes and bars), this isn't too bad. It tastes wonderful. It has a great texture, kinda crunchy and chewy at the same time. It isn't too sweet in spite of having 16 grams of sugar. The coating is tasty and not too thick. It is all natural and has lots of vitamins! (100% of your daily requirement of Vitamins C and E. 35% of Vitamin A, Selenium, Chromium, Molybdenum, and Vitamin B-12. 50% of Riboflavin, Niacin, and Vitamin B6. 25% of Thiamin, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, and Zinc. 10% of Magnesium, Iron, and Calcium. I have found these bars sold individually and in boxes of 6 (Wallmart and grocery stores) and 12 (Costco). If you are far enough out from your surgery and aren't a huge sugar dumper, these are a great readily available meal on the go!
