Britney Spears trying to get healthy?

So finally the article leads us to believe that Britney has quit using unhealthy habits to quickly drop pounds,
"Brit has given up her old unhealthy weight loss habits, like popping laxatives and diet pills.". But it also brags that,"Britney's a pro at losing weight fast," and "She can drop seven to 10 pounds in two weeks.". All of this by eating 5 small protein "packed" meals a day. If this is true, good for her. I also remember when this (or to be fair maybe it was a similar magazine)reported on Janet Jacksons healthy diet of 4-5 protein packed shakes a day allowing her to loose back to a size 0 and quoted her as saying how unhappy and unattractive she felt before at a size 6!!! They also gave the calorie totals for each of her protein packed shakes which added up to less than 600 calories a day. Is it any wonder that just a few months later they were showing fat photos of Ms. Jackson? And talking about her battle with weight? We need to send better messages to our young girls. I found this article;
40 pound woman! That documends just one girls struggle with body image. "I always thought everyone else had the problem and I was doing the right thing. Everyone is obsessed with celebrities and diets and I thought everyone wanted to be like that. I was just the same."
