Mc Donalds has parents over a tree tunnel
Excuse for a moment how awful I look in the photo above, just remember driving for hours and hauling all of your worldly possessions in and out of your old home, trailers, cars, and storage units does take its toll and make for one heck of a bad hair day.
This was Lilith's first time at a Mc Donald's. Why did we take her there? Because unfortunately who ever thought of the Mc Playplace was a genius. Imagine, your child has been strapped in their car seat for hours. They want to run and play, you want them to run and play so they will nap later or sleep that night. You don't know the area so you don't know where the safe parks are and it is hot and sunny anyway, so air conditioning sounds really nice. You would like a clean bathroom instead of a ? bathroom at a rest stop or gas station. Of course you are a little hungry too. Yep who ever thought those playplaces up was a marketing wiz, I hope they got a promotion. What can a post op bariatric patient have at Mc Donalds? Not much. I had a grilled chicken minus the bun and a light lemon aide. Will had a chicken strip snacker without the wrap and a iced coffee (be sure to ask them to skip the sugar syrup!) and Lilith thinks the snack sized yogurt parfaits are the bomb and go really well with the jar of baby mac and cheese that I brought in for her to have for dinner. All in all, I have to admit that we will most likely be stopping at more Mc D's along the way.

Another BB favorite is Chick-fil-A. The local has a three-story playhouse and lots of bariatric-friendly fare. The downside is that they are closed on Sundays.
I just stumbled across your blog today, and really am enjoying myself. Good to meet you!
