Yo Baby! Yogurt

A friend told me that her baby LOVED "Yo Baby
Yogurt" and said I should try giving it to Lilith. I was hesitant to do
so at first because I had read that you shouldn't give babies under one
year of age any milk due to allergies. I told her that and she let me
borrow a great book (I will review it soon) that says yogurt is a great
second meal (or lunch) for babies over 6 months. At Lilith's six month
appointment asked her physician about it as well as the nutritionist .
Both thought it was fine. So I bought the vanilla/ Banana pack and
offered it to Lilith. She ate the whole single serving container in two
minutes. She was pounding her arm on the high chair tray table because
I wasn't loading the spoon fast enough. To this day the Banana is still
her favorite, the mixed berry with cereal seems to be her least
favorite but she still eats it just not with the same enthusiasm as the
others. I had to do some shopping around to find some of the other
flavors but luckily our nearest King Soopers carries her favorite. I
read the ingredients (especially close after her initial reaction) to
see if there was any hidden sugar or ingredient that would make it more enticing to babies but couldn't find any. It's even organic! They have flavors with added DHA!They have coupons on their website and a store locator. (Updated; Lilith is now over 2 years old and has one of these yogurts every morning with breakfast since she was 6 months old! She loves all flavors and the Smoothies! Although it is hard to find some of the flavors in Alaska)
Visit their website here!
