We found these at Costco in a box of 24. I can't remember exactly how much we paid. These are really good shakes. They taste nice and chocolately. They aren't too creamy but the flavor is very good and that evens it out. Each shake contains 20 grams of protein, 160 calories, 5 grams of fat (1.5 grams is saturated), 9 grams of carbohydrates, and various vitamins all in a 8.5 fl. oz serving. It is actually quite filling, even husband says so. This shake, despite the flavor name, has no lactose although it does say it contains ingredients derived from milk and soy. I think it might be pretty good for people that have become moderately lactose intolerant since having weight loss surgery and miss the taste of chocolate milk. They are very portable and come with their own straw. I will be buying them again, as husband LOVES them and he is a protein BAR nut. This is only the second ready to drink shake he has liked. Now watch, he will drop 10 pounds just by switching from bars to shakes at lunch as I am here doing various workout videos and also refraining from bars most days in favor of shakes and won't loose any. That is the male metabolism for you.
