Come one, Come all! Celebrate the unveiling of the design of Ravens' Roost Cohousing, the first owner-designed neighborhood in Anchorage! From June through September we designed our Site, Common House, and 35 privately-owned homes in a way that maximizes southern exposure and encourages neighbors to get to know one another. We're excited to show you what we've come up with! Meet
our members, enjoy refreshments, and check out a 3-D model, architectural renderings, and floor plans for Ravens' Roost. We are looking for more people to join us in creating our sustainable neighborhood!

Open to the general public: $100 for two days is far below normal cost for this excellent facilitator!This participatory workshop will include: effective meeting planning & facilitation; skills for working with conflict / controversy; consensus decision-making; and community-building.

Eris Weaver has 14 years of experience in cohousing as a founder and resident of FrogSong Cohousing (Cotati, CA); a board member of the Cohousing Association of the U.S.; and as a consultant to more than 15 forming and existing communities around the country, as well as many corporate clients.
