Ive used it a few times and actually enjoyed it for resturant and spa services but I had to have one refunded for a theater ticket that wasnt honored (that's Alaska for you) but I did get my money back. I like that it is personalized to show you deals for your area. It also promotes local small businesses.

I've taken advantage of some of their online deals, but they don't have local deals anywhere close to the rural area where I live. Maybe someday.
