I purchased these for husband from Costco so to help him with his peanut butter addiction. These little cups (they are about the size of the palm of my hand and I have very small hands) have 374 calories each! That is a whole meals worth of calories and more for many of us. This just goes to show how easy it is to overeat on "healthy" foods. Husband wants to loose 15 more pounds but with his 5 pound natural peanut butter jar a month habit, that isn't going to happen. I am hoping this will help.
