After looking all over for one..I was renting one night at Blockbuster and asked if they happened to rent Wii's as I couldn't find one anywhere, when the nice clerk told me that his cousin worked for Fred Meyer (our Alaska version of King Soopers, City Market, or Kroger store depending of where you live) and told me to call Sunday night and he would hold one for me for Monday morning. Well, I did and after a weird shift on Sunday night, I ended up working on Peds which makes me sad especially when working with 3 RSV positive babies, I was really cheered up when I walked into Fred Meyer after work and was able to pick up our Wii! Now I have to go get the Dance Dance Revolution game and dance pad but that shouldn't be too difficult. When we were looking for the Wii itself, we found games and accessories everywhere, just no game systems. I wonder if it is an Alaska thing or if other parts of the country are have a Wii shortage too. Everyone has XBOX 360's and Playstation 3's but no Wii's? What does that say about the other two gaming systems?
